To celebrate Sinister Sartorialist being 1 year old today I’m having a contest. In the image above you can see 3 charms. I absolutely adore the lolita skeleton cameo style and I bought a bunch of them over a year ago. Recently I finally found some settings that go well with them and now I want to make something with them. As a prize, I am going to give one of you some jewelry made with one of the cameos.
The winner can choose the color of the cameo and whether they want:
- A necklace,
- A ring, or
- A brooch
I may get fancy and add things to the cameo jewelry or I may just put the cameo on a pin, ring setting or chain. YOU DON’T KNOW! But I think it’ll look great! And you’ll have something I made myself! Double win!
I’ll then make a twin of it and you and I will have a matching accessory. :) I may ask you to take a picture with it on a day I’m wearing mine and share it with the blog! Or you can request that I not make a twin and I’ll do something else with my version.

SHERLOCK TEA COLLECTION GIVE AWAY!
Awesome news guys! The cool folks at Adagio have been kind enough to help out with a giveaway for a complete collection of the Sherlock Tea blends. That is 11 bags of different tea featuring art work by yours truly. That’s about 50 servings in each bag. More if you re-steep your tea (which is possible with most of them). That is a LOT of tea. How bonkers is that? Very. It’s awesome. Here’s the lowdown on how to win A WHOLE BUNCH OF TEA.
Anyone ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD can enter! If you live outside of the U.S. I’ll foot the bill to get you some tea myself. Because odds are you are awesome and you deserve it.
You do not have to be following me to win, but it might be helpful to keep track of updates or changes (if any). Plus I plan to make some blends for other fandoms in the future, so if tea is your thing, it might not be a bad idea?

Recently I ordered the TARDIS mug from ThinkGeek! * w* Unfortunately, the one they sent me arrived with a chip out of it, and I was going to return it for an undamaged one. Imagine my surprise when they told me to “dispose of it” because they didn’t need the damaged mug back!
….hell no! And actually, I was able to repair it a little bit when I found part of the chipped off piece. I figured…huh, maybe someone else might want it (since it’d be free) or would know how to repair it!
